Orders placed before 2:30 pm CST usually ship out the same day from our warehouse in Texas, USA.
We offer Free Standard Shipping on:
– Domestic orders over $200
– International orders over $500
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. Please note that delays may occur due to remote delivery locations, adverse weather conditions, or during peak seasons (sales, holidays, promotions).
Our jackets are shipped with secure packaging. Customers are expected to sign for goods, though contactless delivery can be arranged with our carriers. Please note that this is not a named delivery service—anyone at the delivery address may sign for your order. We are not responsible for lost or missing orders signed for at offices or shared addresses.
If no one is available, the driver will attempt delivery up to 3 times on consecutive business days. If the package remains undelivered after 5 days without communication, it will be returned to our warehouse.
During sales or promotions, please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch. Orders may also ship in eco-friendly packaging: discreet recyclable boxes with jackets wrapped in protective material.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Perfect Jackets ships worldwide. All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid), meaning customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s customs regulations before ordering, as policies vary.
If a shipment is undeliverable and returned, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Cross-border shipments may also be opened and inspected by customs.
REFUND POLICY
We accept returns & exchanges on unworn jackets within 14 days of receipt. An RA (Return Authorization) number is required, and items must be returned within 10 days of RA issuance. Items discounted 50% or more are Final Sale.

During regular business hours, email requests are immediately processed. If, for any reason, you don’t receive a timely response, please give us a call.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Jackets must be returned in the same condition they were received: unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.
Customers will receive a full refund minus shipping costs.
Merchandise returned without original packaging will not be refunded.
Damaged or defective jackets will be replaced at no cost, with free return shipping.
In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. COD returns will not be accepted.
Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after receiving the return. Customers will be notified by email once complete. Please note that your bank may require extra days to reflect the refund.
